After having to explain the numbers to a few people, everyone finally understood... We're expecting! We feel truly blessed by God to have another precious life join our family.
It's true that it's not the "cultural norm" to have 7 children. But like I've said before, we're not really "normal" anyway. :) I absolutely love our big family and wouldn't want it any other way. Having a full house, a packed dinner table, and Nerf bullets all over my house makes me crazy happy. On the rare occasion that I find myself at home with no one else here, it's just downright strange.
So, now that the reality of another little person joining us later this year is setting in, I'm in full-swing list-making, planning & organizing mode. So over the next few weeks (or months), I'm planning to share with you my attempts to prepare our house and family for one more precious person. My first project is going to be my laundry room - exciting, I know! :) So stay tuned to see what I come up with...
